− Very difficult to open / close most of the doors. This is probably due to the age of the large doors and the age and condition of the locking mechanisms.

− It wasn’t very clean inside / the outside garden was appalling it looked run down and neglected leaves /cobwebs / vegetation very overgrown and neglected needs a outside makeover

9.0Decor & presentation are really exceptional & the level of comfort & attention to detail are excellent. in a great position- with good parking & a nice walk into Kingswear. A lovely terrace - home from home
− Please Remove the all the horrid sponges & liners on the mattresses & just use some good quality 100% cotton bedding - this property deserves the best quality bedding that will deliver a cool & comfortable sleep
