9.0Netjes en schoon, sfeervolle en comfortabel. Ligging nabij het centrum
− De douche is heel netjes maar kan niet worden gebruikt zonder de hele vloer nat te spetteren. Het inductie fornuis is niet te gebruiken met aluminium Pannen. Wel was er zeer ruim bestek aanwezig zodat de vaatwasser niet halfvol hoeft te draaien.
