8.0The cottages were an ideal location for getting into Lancaster quickly as well as accessing wider area. We fit 7 people between two cottages and there was space inside and outside to socialise together.
− The sofa beds were apparently very uncomfortable and one was only a single. If I had known, I think I would have booked the other cottage too.

− The property was absolutely filthy, bedding and kitchen wear not cleaned. Left after one night out of three. Sent a message to the owners to request a refund, this was ignored.
So disappointing that we packed up and left after 3 of our 10 days
2.0The location was lovely as stated in other reviews which failed to mention liking the house.
− The furnishings were extremely worn. Most importantly the kitchen crockery and pans were covered in grease, oven and trays dirty. On the first night we spent 2 hours washing pots and pans. Silicone around kitchen sink and around bath was rough and covered in black mold. Everything was basically unpleasant. Please note that these comments apply to Clougha View only, the other bungalow properties may well be fine - I just don't know.
Cosy & comfortable cottage 5 mins drive from Lancaster.

− Das 3. „Bett“ war ein Schlafsofa in der Küche. Ausgeklappt war es leider so schmutzig, dass wir es nicht benutzt haben.
