1.0I didn’t get a chance to view it they canceled it on me 3 hours before check in without a reason , they hung up on me when I demanded one. The owner and “property manager “ wanted me to cancel it even though they were trying to cancel on me. Don’t fall for their scam.
Property unprepared for our stay
1.0− So, we didn’t even get to stay at this property due to an “emergency” and were “upgraded” to a different location with more bedrooms. There were initially 5 of us and we let them know we were adding 2 people and were willing to pay the extra charge per person per night. At the new location, they opened up 3 bedrooms out of 8 for us. Each door has its own passcode and the lock for 2 bedrooms wouldn’t even turn on and had no batteries. We told the property manager about it and she couldn’t get anyone there to fix it. Luckily, we realized this before locking ourselves out of the rooms. While the house was large and nice, there were a couple of dead roaches, the pool had grass/leaves in it, and the towels and sheets did not smell like they were just washed. The same goes for the linens, they smelled like how they would when no one has used them in a while and have been stuck in the closet or something. We could only stand to stay there a night instead of 2, and the property manager was nice enough to offer us a refund for one night. The refund however was only 1/3 of the whole stay. Whatever, they can keep it since they need it so bad. It’s very frustrating to go to Vegas and expect a nice relaxing time but you come to a property that’s obviously not even ready to accommodate you. That’s how we felt with how everything was. Would 10/10 recommend just going to a hotel. Lesson learned.
