1.0The only good thing about the property is the location
− I could have cried when I arrived I paid £660 for 3 nights the kitchen was grim the back door and all around the cooker was thick grease the fridge was grim hairs inside not been cleaned out the microwave was also covered in some kind of white stuff on the nobs we didn’t eat a thing at the property only crisps and snacking stuff the hot tub was greasy we did get in it once but the sides where so slimy and the gardens not nice it’s very tatty the pizza oven and fridge outside are dirty the garden furniture was dirty and tatty this was a weekend away for my husbands birthday and all he kept saying was I feel like I’m in a safe house nothing on the walls bare minimum furniture and the stool around the breakfast bar wobble like mad just an awful experience I have toyed with doing a review as I dont like to be negative and not everyone has high standards clearly from this property and the reviews where this place has been made out lovely I listened to these reviews when I booked it and I really can’t see where these good reviews have come from it’s got to be a scam please don’t waste your money there is a lot nicer places in Llandudno to stay as we found out when we was exploring
We had a very enjoyable stay. Beds were clean and comfortable. The shower was good and hot and reliable
8.0The property was spotless. Had every amenity available and we catered for ourselves quite a bit. Little touches such as a bottle of Prosecco in the fridge. We didn’t use the hot tub as weather was a bit chilly.
− Located in an area with unadopted roads which werent very good to drive on but we Frying pan and towels could do with replacing and maybe a bath mat.

8.0Location, quiet row of terraces. Lovely views over golf course. Kids loved the hot tub. Road a bit bumpy but fine
− TV was broken which was a bit of a disappointment for the children but am sure it’ll be replaced for next visitors

10.0Beautiful, location, beautiful 20 minutes walk to landudno town. The private road is a pain, but as long as you take your time, it is okay. From home to home was perfect.
