Great location but needs attention to cleanliness
1.0Close to the ocean, but that’s what I paid for.
− It was dirty. One quilt had a large blood stain about 6-8” in diameter, that obviously had not been cleaned or even tried to clean which is a biohazard. I called the rental company and they only wanted to give me the manager of the cleaning company phone number. Floors were gummy, dust thick on shelf with electronics, ceiling fans THICK with dust. Tub dirty around shower door. Air return vent had thick dust and whatever else on it on the ceiling. However kitchen was pretty clean. Also needs sprayed for bugs. We had to remove several from inside the house.
Needs some improvements
6.0The house was good. The location was excellent!
− The thermostat kept changing to a higher temperature which isn't too good. That's fine if an owner wants to save money when a property is unoccupied but not when it's currently rented. Also the steps up to the house were uneven and some parts were rotted. Someone who is older would have a difficult time going up them. I typically don't complain about a rental property as I don't run into any problems as I did this time.

− Sand all over the floors in all rooms and on the bed. Sheets were not put on the beds either.

10.0We loved everything about this condo. It is literally seconds from the beach. You just walk over the dunes and there you are.
− Consider bringing your own pillows.
