Great house with hot tub and tons of amenities

We loved our stay. house is modern with great technology and amenities. There was a really nice fire pit with comfortable chairs we drank our coffee at each morning. We were told the pool couldn’t heat if it got below 30s at night which was a bummer because we mainly chose it for the pool but the hot tub was perfect! Just in case others are coming in the winter. House is perfect for multiple couples and if you want to cook dinner at the house.

− found several roaches in the kitchen, master bedroom, and master bathtub- notified owner (did not appear concerned), filthy used sponges in the kitchen ( these were the biggest issues that I had with the home), owner not wanting to send information using booking app, not being told that someone would be coming to the home moving trash cans for trash pickup (someone did this that had to of lived in walking distance so I assume it may have been the owner?), not being told to expect pool maintenance so we should not walk into the game room area unless we were dressed (it had many large windows without window shades and the men cleaning the pool had full view into that part of the home). Can’t use the heated pool unless you agree to pay $35 per day extra. Can’t park your car inside the garage, only on the drive way Guests are expected to wash all of their towels the morning they check out, strip beds and put sheets in laundry room, run dishwasher the am that you leave which we even though we never used any dishes in the home but we did kill a roach inside of the dishwasher door. Guests also expected to take all trash out. I do not mind this but wonder why we pay so much for a cleaning fee? I vacuumed the bathroom floor as well as floors in other rooms daily on my own as I like to keep things clean. no cable in the home but there is Roku. overall it was a pretty spacious home in a nice area that appears to have been purchased specifically to be used as a rental home. there were beautiful deer outside feeding on several occasions. the home is near many stores, restaurants, and activities.
