10.0The house was huge and spacious, perfectly accommodated all the kids and adults in our group. Everything was very clean and well-maintained, which made our stay even more comfortable. The pool was definitely the highlight of our trip – we spent most of our time swimming and relaxing by the water. The location was also perfect - super close to the beach with nearby supermarket. Highly recommend this place for a fun and relaxing getaway.

− The needed up keep of the whole place , safety issue with pool ladder not bolted , open wiring in and out around place . Lot of issues on up keep.garbage disposal jammed and draining slow.
Stayed one night at the last minute. House was sufficient but very welcoming.
7.0House was huge. We could have accommodated 16 people.
− Home seemed older and was missing a few things that would have made it seem more welcoming. No bedside lamps in all bedrooms. Smell from outlet scents was a little overpowering. Numerous doors to closets and cabinets were missing. One bed had only fitted sheet. Had to locate top sheet and comforter. Outside of house wasn't very clean, flowerbeds overrun. Screen surrounding pool was torn, one screen door did not completely shut. Pool area really needs some bleach, cleaning and repair.
