10.0Quiet surrounding, green landscape, Likit Kirin is a lovely resort tucked away in the beautiful mountain area of Khao Kho. We were given a very pleasant welcome to the place and the rooms we chose left nothing to be desired for. Even in the wet season, it is a pleasant surrounding to stay and due to the altitude (700m) the temperatures are mild. The facility is very clean and well-kept, rooms are impeccably well maintained and offer a good variety for different types of visistors (families, couples, solo). For the breakfast, a variety of products is offered, you can have a Thai or more western taste of breakfast. Excellent fresh coffee! Most of all, the resort is surrounded by tranquility and quietness, where you can find a good rest.

9.0Rooms were clean and comfortable. The owners, an older couple who were very friendly and helped me out with the battery problem (called local shop)of my rental car. The breakfast was very good and nicely presented in the garden. The rooms/cabins: very clean and everything was there. The hosts speak very limited English, but they can rely on their daughter who translates by telephone.
− Though the location was quite remote, there was some noise of celebrating people quite far away. But nothing that I couldn’t sleep. The cabins have a nice view on the pond, but don’t expect a mesmerizing mountain view. I would recommend an information guide in the cabins with some advices on local restaurants and touristic highlights of the surroundings. I found a good local restaurant, but had to drive around a bit.
