Location. Very close to restaurants and has a garage for a small car which is great. Comfortable and very clean. Good communication once we had arrived. Cool and comfortable.

− This property is managed by Home Villas 360 who used WhatsApp to request personal details for check in and advance eco tax payment before releasing info to access the villa. With all the scams recently connected to Booking.com I ignored this request and it was a last minute panic to access the property. This is a direct breach of advice given my Booking.com who tell you to ignore WhatsApp messages. The house itself is very nice and HV360 responded quickly when we asked for a fan as the master bedroom gets very warm despite aircon. Only one shower on the middle floor and lots of stairs without a handrail felt a little unsafe but we are fit and we managed. A full length mirror would be useful. Lots of storage space and hangers.

An excellent location, in the old streets of central Pollensa, with lovely views over and beyond the town. The price was very competitive in March, so we booked for the two of us, even though there are beds/rooms for 6 (2 are bunk beds) We loved the open plan lounge area with the pellet burning stove which was necessary for cold March evenings. The master bedroom on the top floor had lovely views over to the hillside monastery, and a huge bath for a soak! We didn't need the garage, but what a huge fabulous space - perfect for storing bikes. Good for a small car - space is huge but the narrow street would mean a big car might struggle to turn in. A few points we thought the owner could address - as outlined below - but on the whole a lovely property. Hence 5 stars

− 1.We found the 4 different means of messaging quite confusing (we received messages through Booking.com, email, and TWO different WhatsApp numbers. I forgot to check emails at the end of our stay, and therefore missed the reminder to leave the Tourist Tax (I apologise) 2. The pellet burner is fabulous, but it would help if there were instructions for using the AirConditioner Units as heaters too. We worked it out, after reading this was possible on a previous guest review. It is cold in March up the top bedroom! 3. Instructions for removal of Recycling on the PDF provided need updating as the site mentioned is now closed. There are alternative facilities in town we found. 4. Just a heads-up for people with young children: there is a cot provided and there are 2 bunkbeds. However all flights of stairs are open, with no way of preventing children falling onto the marble floors below, and we didn't see any stairgates provided that could be used on bedroom doors. I would have been worried if I'd had a young mobile child... 5. We found a mouldy wooden cutting board in the cupboard - we notified the owners? cleaning crew? on WhatsApp, and said not to worry about it for us as we could manage without a replacement, but it had obviously been missed when prepping the house. Wood will easily go mouldy if left inside a cupboard in a humid climate - maybe it should be replaced with a sturdy plastic one?

Świetne mieszkanie w bardzo dobrej i cichej lokalizacji. Wszystko w pełni wyposażone. Do dyspozycji gości trzy sypialnie, dwie łazienki, salon, kuchnia oraz wielki garaż :). Dodatkowym atutem jest piec na pelet, super sprawa na chłodne wieczory w zimie.

− W łazienkach brak tak zwanej słuchawki w prysznicach co jest trochę uciążliwe przy myciu.
