9.0Просторно, дружелюбный хозяин, большая парковка, отличный интернет, полностью оборудованная кухня, много посуды на все случаи жизни, наличие сушилки и стиральной машины, коты (особенно рыжий), дорога-серпантин и великолепные виды с большой высоты, крики ослика с утра, каштаны на участке, даже кабаны, приходящие ночью). Почти полное единение с природой
