8.0- Расположение отеля хорошее: в близости находятся небольшие магазины и кафе. - Персонал отеля проявил гибкость, когда мы сообщили, что не можем заранее оплатить бронь из России. На месте мы рассчитались наличными. - Номера и предметы интерьера в домике были очень красивыми. - Мы благодарны персоналу за то, что они приняли наш багаж и оставили его в комнате персонала, когда мы освободили номер и сдали ключ в 12:00. Это было очень удобно, так как наш вылет был запланирован на поздний рейс вечером. - Ближайший общественный пляж — Калангут, находящийся в 1 км от отеля, идти 5-7 минут. Пляж был чистым в несезон (май). На нем работал кафе, а также есть туалеты и душ на улице. Однако объекты и декорации для фотосессий выглядят устаревшими. Отель не имеет к ним никакого отношения.
− - Завтрака не было в услугах отеля, поэтому приходилось завтракать в соседних кафе или покупать продукты. - Однажды на кухне рядом с мусором мы увидели таракана. Я сообщила персоналу, и они обработали помещение, после этого больше тараканов не наблюдали. - Попросила щетку с совком, но принесли швабру с ведром для мытья пола. - Стул на кухне был сломан и так и не был починен или заменен. - Бассейном можно пользоваться только до 20:00, а территория бассейна была грязной — ноги становились грязными, поэтому было неудобно входить в номер босиком.

Loved staying near the beach, in a quite place and the rooms were pretty clean.
9.0No option for breakfast.
− We had to call for cleaning on the 2nd day but they came only on 3rd day with limited service. Otherwise the rooms were maintained very well and loved the kitchen setup . You may reduce the chlorine in the pool .

9.0Location walkable to Beach and well connected to main road. Very close to shops and beaches, property maintained very clean, staffs are very kind and responsive. Good for family leisure and looking for peaceful stay.
− I stayed at 1bhk apartment were washing machine was not functioning properly, kitchen cupboard and few furniture need to be repaired,
Depending on the time of your arrival, the keys will be handed over by the property manager or the security guard between 09:00 and 18:00. The property manager will meet with you, give you a brief on the property and hand over the keys.
The security will hand over the keys and escort you to your unit. The property manager is available on the phone and will give you an introduction to the property the following morning.
Any damage or loss to the property caused by guests will incur a charge of INR 3000.
