9.0Beautiful property very well maintained and equipped with everything you need. Very clean. Wonderful views over the River Dart from a lovely outdoor terrace. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely book this place again when we come back to Dartmouth.

8.0− I think the kitchen equipment needs updating. there was only one small saucepan and 1 frying pan. Lots of large serving bowls for salads etc but short on suacepans and only limited plated and cutlery.

− The steps leading to the house were very difficult with luggage and should have been made clear in the initial advert, there were no shampoo or bath soap which is very unusual and the dryer not working was problematic as it took a long time to air dry

8.0Clean and spacious house with excellent views from the deck as well as from within the house. I would recommend this property if you don't mind the lack of parking or the driving access to the property.
− Property is located in Above Town, Dartmouth. This street is extremely narrow and steep, not suitable for big cars or newbie drivers. This property is not blessed with parking, understandably. The nearest free off street parking is in 10 mins walking distance. However, reaching there by car takes a long detour due to a road closure in place for many months. Even paid parking in SouthTown (roughly 70 steps down from Above Town) is limited to 2 hours between 9 am and 6 pm. It is my fault for not knowing about the parking and narrow street at the time of booking, especially that I traveled with an elderly person. I was a bit taken aback when I received the parking instructions from the owners a few days before my arrival - it was too late by then. Also, there is no toilet in the ground floor.
