− The kitchen was dirty. We didn’t use It. The back garden outside space was really untidy and not ready for us to use so it really impacted our stay. Very unfortunate.

8.0Lovely house with excellent views, tastefully decorated. Sky room is just beautiful
− Some things need updating, the utility room in rear yard is awful, dirty and unloved, put us off using the freezer or the washing machine. It needs a good clean and some paint. Some things like glasses need to be replaced 2 tumblers in a house that sleeps 6...no children's beakers etc...Also its Christmas time...a little tree or some nod to Xmas would have been a nice touch

− A few small niggles such as extractor fan was broken in the bathroom, bathroom door had no lock, and not enough glasses for water (plenty of wine glasses though!) but other than that, our stay was really comfortable.
Lovely but thr outside areas need work - they are nothing like the photos.

− The outside areas were very badly maintained. The rear terrace was not usable due to overgrown weeds. The artificial turf was dirty. The seats on the front terrace were broken or rusty.
Stunning property
10.0The top floor bedroom was so beautiful. The views across the Dart were fabulous as was the balcony. We've stayed many, many times.es in Dartmouth and this was most definitely one of the best. It's probably not suitable for the elderly or heavily disabled.
