Het was een grote teleurstelling.
− Voornamelijk het contact met de accomodatie. Zeer onprettig, onvriendelijk, niet meedenkend. We voelen ons enorm opgelicht. De accomodatie was vies. De vaatwasser vol. Werd niet gehouden aan afspraken. Inchecken kon niet om 16.30u terwijl dit wel vermeld stond bij de booking. Toen we wilden annuleren omdat we niet op de afgesproken tijd in de accomodatie konden werd dit geweigerd en de hoorn werd er op gegooid aan de telefoon.
