5.0Easy check in. Beds and sofas comfortable. Plenty of space for us. Great views, including seeing deer. Property all on one level but be aware that access through front door and patio door is stepped.
− Having to clean kitchen pots and pans before use because they were cakes in grease. Not having access to more comfortable garden furniture to maximise use of the outside space and views.

9.0Views are great & the wildlife was brilliant ( deer almost in the garden). Lovely accomodation in a great location. Could be perfect but little things let it down
− Patio door/ window has blown and needs replacing, this spoils the view. The windows need to be clean to really appreciate that view. Some of the kitchen utensils are broken or do not work, we cleaned the cooker on arrival, the waste bin is very dirty as were some pots &pans, Shower tray does not drain properly & the toilet roll holder needs replacing. Most of these would really make a difference, for little effort or expence( that patio door would be different)
