Quiet dog friendly holiday home with friendly host
8.0Lovely host. Quiet holiday home, ideal with us and our 2 dogs. Plenty of nearby walks and visits to local villages and beaches.
− It could do with a small enclosed garden area so that the dogs could be in garden safely and we could then enjoy the garden together with them.
With a few improvements to the property I would return. But comfort is important to me.
6.0It was self catering. The location is on a farm so a quiet spot and not far from Leiston and Sizewell beach.
− The furniture in the property is uncomfortable, the sofa, dining chairs and armchair. The mattress is too soft.
Fantastic and cosy Cottage. Lovely stay with Carole and Phillip! Would highly recommend.

9.0Lovely place to stay and a great location. Carol was surprised we arrived early, but the agency had not informed her we would be early. Never the less she still went out and got fresh flowers for the place. We would like to come back next year.
− The bath was too small to use and took forever to fill. But the showers good enough. It can't be easy trying to keep on top of things if you're holiday let is always busy, but attention detail on the cleaning. It depends on how fussy you are. It hasn't put us off.
