− No hi havia calefacció i les estufes no és podien engegar alhora perquè saltava el diferencial.

− TV sólo en la cocina, agua caliente no llegaba a la bañera de arriba (o tardaba muchísimo en llegar debido a las grandes dimensiones de la casa). Las llaves tienes que ir a otro pueblo (a 20 min. en coche de la casa).

− Les équipements sont un peu usés et pas complet niveau cuisine c'est très basique.. un peu trop pour les chefs 😉

8.0Emplacement superbe. La maison est très jolie et très agréable. L’agence est top et à l’écoute. La maison est conforme aux photos.
− Les équipements sont obsolètes et doivent être complétés ou remplacés. Pour ce tarif on peut s’attendre à avoir des équipements dignes de ce nom.
