− The smoke alarm went off on the first night at 5 am and would not turn off. There was no smoke/fire I hasten to add. The sink in the bathroom got the stopper stuck down so we couldn’t use it for a day. Both items were attended to quickly. The biggest issue was the loo. The cistern took about 3 hours to fill. As a result we needed a large saucepan by the toilet which we used to flush it. Then the internet stopped working. On the plus side the property was very well stocked and equipped

9.0Good location and the house was well stocked and there were instructions for everything. The internet on the site was an added bonus.
− It really was good. The only thing missing was perhaps a tumble dryer. The house did have heater rails for drying the clothes, but it was no match for the cold. If they can upgrade the washing machine to also have a dryer, it would be perfect
