6.0Lage und Haus
− Besteck, Töpfe, Pfannen mussten vor Gebrauch abgewaschen werden. Ein grosses, scharfes Brotmesser ist nicht vorhanden. Angefangene Packungen und Gläser diverser Lebensmittel von den Vormietern standen in den Schränken. Teilweise mit Mindesthaltbarkeitsdatum aus 2023. Bei einigen Stühlen waren die Stuhlbeine nur lose eingesteckt. Verletzungsgefahr!!

Beautiful, relaxed and quiet. A good place for the soul!
9.0The location is perfect for all the Ardenne attractions. Very nice living and modern kitchen area with beautiful views. The farm atmosphere was a perfect plus. My dogs just loved the big lawn!!
− The sleeping area downstairs need some attention in terms of the sliding doors. The farm environment also attract many flies, but that can be expected. It would be nice if there was some shade...
Beautiful house, transparancy in communcation lacking
6.0We enjoyed the house and the privacy. It had all the amenities for a comfortable stay, as well as being located close to some lovely Belgian cities and beautiful nature walks.
− Only after booking, we were confronted with a couple of things that were not mentioned on the booking page: we had to bring our own bed linnen and towels, we would have to pay a 250EUR bond and there was a surcharge for dogs, on top of dogs not being allowed in the bedrooms - which was the whole downstairs area, hallway excluded. To top it off, after arriving, we were informed by the host a friend of hers would be staying in a separate area of the house, which for us was not acceptable. Only after direct contact with Booking customer service, the host informed us that her friend would only be in the house shortly and would not stay overnight. Needless to say, the lack of transparancy in communication was very unpleasant.
