− No outdoor furniture No fly screens. Heater fan was noisy and flame affect was not working

− Upon arrival the house was freezing, it needs Reverse Cycle A/C units installed. And the GLF replaced. There is poor lighting. Everything is very old and musty. Overpriced beach shack.

− The only thing I didn’t like about the property was the large apartment building next-door which was a bit noisy.
