A damage deposit of EUR 400 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that from October to February, heating costs are not included in the price. A meter reading will be taken at check-in and check-out and guests will be charged according to their consumption.
Please note that for guests staying in the Holiday Home (5 Adults) and the Cottage (7 Adults), towels are provided but bed linen is not included in the price. Guests can bring their own or rent bed linen on site for an extra charge of EUR 10 per person.
