The location was exceptional, views of la Fortaleza from the terrace. Detached with no neighbours. Peaceful and accessible for many great hikes. Comfortable beds, smart TV, modern, new bathroom, lovely shower, lots of hot water. Bar serving food within 5 minutes walk.

− A microwave would have been handy and a conventional oven.

Experience Gomera from this comfortable house in a laid back village

This is a uniquely traditional place, not at all touristy, but very convenient location with a great view. There are lots of walks near to this place and for Gomera standards a little supermarket was very close. There is also a bus stop close, but we had a rental car which gave us a lot of freedom. We hugely enjoyed the laid-back village. We did some cooking at the house. A good oven, good stove, huge fridge with freezer. The kitchen supplies are basic but it was certainly enough for ourselves. There was sugar, sold, a few spices. There was even a small reserve of tea bags and ground coffee.

− All was good. If there had been lounge beds for lying in the sun, that would have been a great addition. Maybe also offer single beds, for some compositions of groups.

Escape to the country

Rural location and amazing view, lots of walking possibilities near by and two bus stops, 5 and 10 minutes away. Felt like home, kitchen had everything and Netflix TV was an unexpected bonus as was the complimentary fruit bowl, water and juice.

− Shops are far away but I brought enough food for the duration of my stay, would count this as a plus not setting eyes on a supermarket for a full week.
