Móveis, utensílios e eletrodomésticos velhos, enferrujados, panelas péssimas. Barata no quarto. Lâmpadas queimadas. Lavanderia vazando. Poderia ser ótimo, mas claramente não há interesse nem cuidado para proporcionar uma boa experiência para os hóspedes.
