− Es war extrem schmutzig, leider wurde nicht wirklich geputzt

9.0Ein Haus an einem schönen Ort mit richtig guter Ausstattung, Hervor zu heben ist die Klimaanlage für die untere Etage ,ein Nacheilt ist jedoch, das jener Schlafraum im oberen Geschoss sich befindet und dort die Kühle der Klimaanlage natürlich keine Wirkung erzielen kann. bei sommerlichen Tagestemperaturen wie sie in Kroatien gang und gebe sind, bleibt einem nichts anderes als auf der Klappcouch im Wohnzimmer zu schlafen- Eine schöne Terrasse nach hinten raus lädt zum verweilen ein.
− Eine Splitklimaanlage wäre im Sommer notwendig siehe Beschreibung oben
