6.0Colazione non presente nella locazione. Inserito nel contesto del centro storico, ha risentito in parte del rifacimento del piano stradale con nuovo posizionamento delle cosiddette chianche. La posizione è apparsa confacente alle nostre esigenze. L’immobile ha delle potenzialità da sviluppare. I due proprietari estremamente gentili.
− Purtroppo l’odore stantio di appartamento chiuso ha interessato anche i mobili e non ha reso gradevole il soggiorno di 5 giorni, per mitigare questa presenza sono state tenute aperte le due finestre contrapposte e l’aria condizionata in funzione senza ottenere il risultato sperato. Analogamente a ciò abbiamo ritenuto non utilizzare né la cucina né le stoviglie allocate nel mobile designato impregnato dello sgradevole odore, riscontrato anche da uno dei proprietari a locazione ultimata.
