9.0Pool, beach, dock, clean area
− Our patios weren’t clean or kept up so couldn’t sit outside and enjoy coffee in morning
The manager Eliseo Zacarias (Zac) was most obliging and arranged for the engineer to attend,
6.0This was a condo so we did breakfast. No WIFI or TV from 20th to 2.30pm on 23 Dec. Manager had to get an engineer in to sort it out due to incorrect information. No kettle, ironing board, no outside lights. Large bedroom main light not working, remote to electric blinds was dead and not paired to blinds and charger nowhere to be found. Ceiling fan in lounge not working. Back garden totally unkempt, patio tiles split, filthy and lifting. Despite multi calls to SOFLA Vacations they didn't respond and took no action throughout. Wish to discuss partial refund of £2821.97 ($3752.08) paid for 1 week's vacation.
− Just about everything above, As I seem to have put my information in the incorrect boxes what we did like was the peace around the area, pool and private beach. Adored the sofa and throws, so comfortable and most of the amenities were good apart from those listed above.

8.0Good instructions on day of arrival
− No open shelving in kitchen for my food items. Dirty droppings in one kitchen cupboard next to mouse poison. Refrig and sink not up to par . . . Just a quick wipe or two.. Bar with open bottles.
