Beautiful spot. Condo was beautiful.

− It was advertised as 3 BR and "extra" den. It was just 2 BR. The "extra" den had a fold out couch that was nearly unusable; small, rickety, about a 3" thick mattress that you could feel every piece of the frame through. If you had hoped to sleep 2 there (we had not) you would have been doubly disappointed as there was not enough room to walk around it due to the size of the den. We had thought the price reasonable for a 3BR, but definitely not for a 2BR. If we had had accurate information, we would not have rented this unit. So, heads up. Unfortunately, there was a lot of black mold on the seal of the freezer door. Definitely off-putting. Finally, the wording of the listing led me to believe a $95 HOA fee was optional, depending on if you wanted to use the resorts facilities. It was not optional. I was told that I was not the first to think that it was.
