Very enjoyable, peaceful and fantastic views and very kid friendly! Very walkable and accessible!
9.0the location was stunning! Right on lake Hawea; it was gorgeous. The house is right on the trail to jog/walk/bike/run around the lake and you can have your morning coffee on the back patio looking right at the lake. Was really quiet and peaceful when we were there, but it is still close enough to the lake Wanaka area if looking for a bit more "town" and options for restaurants, etc. My 3.5-year-old toddler really enjoy the toys and games that the house provided; that was a win! We all had fun playing. They even had toys that were appropriate for my 6-month-old baby to play with. We will surely come back again if we find ourselves back in New Zealand!
− it was initially hard to regulate temperature to get the bedrooms warm at nighttime, but we did figure it out by the second night.

10.0Location absolutely awesome - unimpeded view of Lake Hawea which was serenely beautiful. Close to local store, supermarket, pub and cafe. Views from every room, lovely outdoor setting. Spacious house that is very well appointed.

− The property owner has stringent rules regarding laundry and garbage that are only presented AFTER the booking is made. While they may not be unreasonable, I would have preferred this information to be provided before the booking was made. It may have caused me to book alternative accommodation. Also, there was no milk or substitute provided for making coffee or tea.
