10.0Cozy home away from home. Comfortably fit our family of 5. Nice and warm. Walkinh distance to several restaurants very close. Supermarket is a short drive.

6.0− Light in upstairs bed room broken, very cold house, dead bird in the backyard, back yard messy needs maintenance. Water pressure in the showered are so bad, and to get it hot you have to turn it all the way. And hair found in the bathrooms and dirty mirrors

− The hot water system/shower was low pressure and very difficult to adjust the temperature, even a small amount of cold water seemed to overwhelm the hot.
