Clean and got all thing you need.

− Heather should warm up before as it's take very long to warm the house special when you got kids.

Great stay in a location near shops

The location is great for shopping centre House is spacious and had everything we needed for self catering

The location was good for the wedding we were attending.

− The house could do with some tlc. The pictures showing property must have been taken some time ago. The downstairs toilet seat was faulty. The lid came off. It didn't help that the seat was the wrong size for the toilet pan so only secured on one side. Upstairs ensuite shower cubicle lower door seal was dirty and there was a random dark hair clinging to it. The floor behind toilet was dirty and where the water came into the toilet there were dirty streaks. The double bed had a dirty sheet, clearly body fluids, which I asked to be replaced but having been told owner would speak with cleaner was not resolved. The table downstairs only had 4 chairs the other 2 were fold away. You could not sit more than 6 round the table. We tried to put our rubbish into the bins outside but they were all full. The freezer was unusable as it was frozen beyond any freezer I have seen. Overall the property needed maintenance and a deep clean.

The location was a little far away from the city.

Spacious lounge and kitchen

− Just want to raise a few issues we found - pile of glass bottles in back garden (safety hazard) bins in garden overflowing, back garden full of weeds, rubbish on floor front and back, half eaten food in cupboard, tv remote not working, no bin liners, dirty washing in cupboard. All double bedrooms were single beds pushed together.
