Comfy beds, great location, nice and quiet. good kitchen.
7.0Comfy beds. Kitchen well kitted out. Plenty of linen and blankets. Excellent location.
− Not enough heating. It was freezing! Panel heater in master bedroom doesn't work and one stand alone doesn't work. Heat pump very old only works on one setting. Needs a good airing out and curtains washed, smells very strongly of curry. Garden very overgrown.
Needs a thorough clean
5.0Convenient location to get to shops. Quiet house with very little noise heard. Beds comfy.
− The house and garden needs a serious clean up and cosmetic renovations. The garden very overgrown, the back deck extremely slippery when wet. The house has mould throughout the kitchen and bathroom. The bathroom smells musty and like old urine. Spider webs along a lot of the ceilings. The outside of the house looks rough, missing gutters, dirty and unkempt.

10.0The house was large and roomy with comfortable beds and furniture.
Our house was being done up so we lived near by. We worked every day so was only there at night.
7.0Location great, spacious, clean, beds comfy. It had everything we needed as in kitchen items, Bathroom items. Quiet street.
− Some sockets to plug in heaters didn't work. Trees a little over grown and in the wind banged up against the house.

Very disappointed with the cost. Felt that the property was misrepresented by the price and photos
4.0Nice new clean linen, cutlery and plates. Big rooms. Lots of space
− Place is a bit run down. Kitchen benches are in very poor state. Wooden floors all need coating so nearly impossible to keep clean. Floor looked and felt clean, but very dirty when wiped. Outside was like a jungle, although that didn't affect our stay. Kitchen tap is not working properly.
