Sehr schöner Aufenthalt, tolle Umgebung.
9.0Das Haus und die Einrichtung sind sehr gut - vollständig und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, sehr geräumig. Drei der Schlafzimmer haben Klimagerät. Küche ist umfangreich ausgestattet. Sehr viel Geschirr. Der Pool richtig groß und tief, sehr sauber, toller überschatteter aufenthaltsbereich, extra Toilette. Freundliche Gastgeber. Die Umgebung ist Klasse, tolle Landschaft, sehr schöne Ausflüge z.b nach lucca - jedoch pisa nicht so toll. Mutige Radfahrer haben klasse Touren zur Auswahl. Unter ital. Bedingungen : wenig Radwege, kein Abstand durch auto und roller. Das Meer bei viareggio ist 20 min entfernt.
− Die Autobahn verläuft in 15 m Höhe über den vorderen Grundstücksteil ! Es ist also immer verkehrsklärm zuhören - auch von der Bundesstraße durch massarosa. Parkplätze auf den Grundstück. Zwei PKW möglich. Hintereinander. Ausfahrt dann aber rückwärts. Auffahrt recht steil und eng mit Split. Strom wird extra berechnet- unsere Kosten durch klimannutzung, Pool, 8 Personen, für zwei Wochen recht hoch mit 250 Euro. Viele Mücken- zu empfehlen sind die italienischen Produkte: Mücken Spiralen und ital. Mückenschutz. Unsre dt Produkte hatten kaum Wirkung. Wichtig für Kinder: kühlende Stifte dür danach !
