Disappointing stay due to the high noise level
4.0The property at Yanderra has been renovated internally with excellent taste and facilities.
− Unfortunately the Northern neighbour was doing massive earth works every day of our stay - these started early each and every day and this left a quiet relaxing holiday with desired sleeps non existent - in addition on the Tuesday morning the contractors turned off the water mains just before 8 am with absolutely no warning - I did ring Platinum Escapes on Tuesday prior to 9 am and the again after 9 am and left a message for a return call which did not occur to discuss this disruption. On Friday 18 November said works started at 6.20 am which is not only disrespectful but illegal under the EPA - these works continued all day until after 4pm - we treated the property as it was our own and left it accordingly - not sure how I recoup the quiet peaceful desired stay I was so hoping for
