Bazén

− Komunikace s panem domácím absolutně hrozná. Kuchyň nevybavená a HLAVNĚ jsme dostali jiný apartmán, než který jsme objednali a zaplatili. Bohužel jsme nebyli jediní.

Het zwembad een uitkomst!

− De airco; staat vermeld op Booking dat er airco is. Eigenaar vertelt dat dit met toeslag is. 30,- per dag/nacht. Na akkoord doet de airconditioning het niet eens. Kapot. Net als de wasmachine. Is er niet! Terwijl wel vermeld. We waren met 9 personen en dan is een wasmachine wel erg fijn. Erg karig met keukeninboedel

Das Beste an der Unterkunft war die Aussicht auf die idyllischen Hügeln der Toskana.

− Check in 16:00 Uhr finde ich sehr spät zumal ich die Besitzer 20 Minuten nach Check in anrufen musste, um die Übergabe des Hauses zu besprechen. Die ersten beiden Tage hatten wir stundenweise kein Fließwasser. Der Pool war moosgrün und roch nach Methangas, also nicht sehr einladend. Internet funktionierte auch mehrere Male während des Aufenthalts nicht. Auf die Frage, wo man die Klimaanlage einschaltet, sagte der Vermieter, dass dies nicht inkludiert sei und 12 Euro pro Tag kosten würde. Nachdem ich schon etwa 150 Buchungen via Booking.com tätigte und ich immer MIT Klimaanlage buche, war ich doch sehr überrascht. Auf der booking.com Seite war zwei mal vermerkt, dass Klimaanlage inbegriffen sei. Ich wollte ihm dies mit der Seite von booking beweisen, doch er lachte nur und sagte wir sollen die Fenster aufmachen. Es sind auf jeden Fall Klimageräte in jedem Raum, die sich aber im Haus nicht steuern lassen. Meines Erachtens ein Betrug. Bei der Barzahlung von 1780 Euro verlangte ich eine Bestätigung. Das wurde vehement abgelehnt. Meine beiden Söhne dienten mir als Zeugen bei der Bezahlung. Genau so unüblich wie die Check in Zeit (16:00 Uhr) finde ich auch die check out Zeit um 08:00 Uhr. Abschliessend sei erwähnt, dass die fehlende oder nicht funktionierende Klimaanlage eine erhebliche Beeinträchtigung bei 35 Grad Tagestemperatur und 27 Grad Nachttemperatur darstellt. Von einem Erholungsfaktor, den ich in einem Urlaub voraussetze, kann in diesem Fall nicht gesprochen werden. Diese sehr erheblichen Mängel wurden als solches booking.com mitgeteilt. Ich erbat die Rückerstattung der Hälfte des Mietpreises von 870 Euro. Booking.com reagierte mit einem Schreiben, dass sie sich mit dem Vermieter nicht einigen konnten und ich wurde mit einem Reisegutschein von 169 Euro abgespeist. Wie bereits erwähnt buchte ich 150 mal über booking in den letzten Jahren und hätte ich mir eine andere Abfindung gewünscht.

Bella struttura ma.....

Struttura con un potenziale enorme, vista panoramica, comodo come posizione per visitare a quasi 1 ora da Firenze Siena e altre città.

− Purtroppo non ci siamo trovati bene, all' arrivo mi era stata confermata la culla e non sapevano che non ci fosse , e dalla pulizia che c'era credo non ci fossero entrati , subito prontamente portata in giornata. Frigo rotto e ripetutamente x 4 GG lamento che non funziona e con rammarico abbiamo dovuto buttare parecchio cibo ed avendo 3 bimbi piccoli non è il massimo, soluzione del gestore è darmi l'accesso ad un frigo di un altro alloggio, quindi tutti i restanti GG andavamo a prendere dal frigo in un altro alloggiamento. Zanzariere rotte o mancanti ,vetri rotti ,barbecue inutilizzabili pieni di ruggine. La cosa più grave è stata la piscina inizialmente utilizzata e pulita per poi nel finire inutilizzabile tanto che entrambi i più piccoli li ho dovuti portare in clinica , la più piccola di 1 anno e mezzo collirio antibiotico e mio figlio 9 anni fortissima otite con antibiotici e cortisone, morale della favola abbiamo deciso di finire la nostra vacanza in anticipo andando via 3 GG prima e avendo pagato tutto inizialmente. Per finire la ciliegina il GG della partenza tutti gli alloggi erano senza acqua completamente e non siamo riusciti neanche a lavarci. Peccato perché è una struttura stupenda e una piscina bellissima i gestori vivono di altro e non tengono per niente in considerazione il potenziale che hanno , su booking dà sempre esaurito ma gli 8 alloggi sono sempre tutti vuoti, altra cosa negativa è che accedono alla piscina persone che non alloggiano li.
