We had all amenities provided, the location was perfect and very quiet. The area is located in one of the most luxurious part of Palm Cove and is walking distance from Palm Cove beach! Pool area is nice and spacious whilst being safe for younger kids. Large indoor spaces!

Nice private rental. Semi-dated but still very comfortable. Would rent again.

The property was quiet, and it had lots of vegetation outside for privacy. The keys were easy to collect via a lockbox. Parking in the driveway was available. Upon arrival, the property was very clean. All bathrooms had toiletries and towels. Even pool towels were provided. Full laundry facilities. The kitchen, family, and outdoor areas were a good size to accommodate a family group of eight people. Natural wildlife also visited daily, keeping the younger teenagers happy and entertained. There were enough fans and air conditioning to keep the air moving. Glass shutters on the windows also helped with airflow in the bedrooms for those who preferred natural air to the air conditioning. The pool was nice and refreshing. A nice outlook also. The kitchen pantry had some useful items that reduced the need to purchase other items. The outdoor (private) bath was a novel idea.

− Some household items need repair. I fixed the pantry door knob that a previous renter precariously positioned, but it might need further attention. One of the kitchen downlights is out. I could not locate a spare. The outdoor BBQ is probably in need of replacement. Thanks for letting us know about bin night. We place them outside, but it might be worth noting that green ants are not that perturbed about garbage bags. Let visitors know to spray the bins down after putting them out. There's no pathway at the end of the road to access the main beach path. That adds quite a bit of walking around other properties to access. It didn't bother us, but some of the other guests didn't venture more than once into Palm Cove shops/restaurants. Next door neighbour uses a leaf blower every day around 3 pm. Not good if you like an afternoon nap. No TV in the family lounge area. Have to use a small room described as a 'media room'. It's a bit tight for eight people.
