Sehr angenehm und komfortabel
9.0Sehr schönes, großes Haus im Zentrum von Pollença, in einer recht ruhigen Seitenstraße gelegen, sehr schön renoviert und gemütlich im mallorquinischen Stil eingerichtet. 4 Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt 8 Betten und drei Badezimmer sowie eine umfangreich ausgestattete Küche einschließlich Geschirrspülmaschine lassen nichts vermissen. Esszimmer mit großem Tisch für 8 Personen. Alle Schlaf- und Wohnräume sind mit Klima ausgestattet, die im Winter (wir waren Ende Dezember dort) als Heizung sehr wirksam für Wärme sorgt. Zufahrt mit PKW zum Be- und Entladen möglich, großer öffentlicher Parklplatz in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Miguel, der Eigentümer, ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Er kam bei uns am Morgen nach der Ankunft vorbei, um uns alles zu erklären und sicherzustellen, dass alles in Ordnung war. Sehr gutes WLAN. Zwei Außenterrassen, mit Waschmaschine, Grill, Swimming-Pool etc. Zahlreiche Bars, Restaurants und Geschäfte fußläufig erreichbar.
