Ця віда витримає і три сімʼї з дітьми легко! - дуже добрий вид на місто - є декілько терас і добре місце біля басейну - басейн не глибокий але вмісткий - є кавомашина і були капсули і фрукти від попередніх людей - дуже багато простору - власник запропонував нам залишитися у день виїзду ще стільки скільки ми попросили (+2 години). Бо був літак трохи пізніше - є гараж для авто - є багато парасоль проти сонця (нам про це не сказали, тому ми купили ще 2, лежать у гаражі).
− - За кондиціонер треба платити додатково 1 € за 2 години. Про це не було написано у пропозиції. Це ініціатива власника, такого я ніде не бачив. Треба для цього монети по 1€. - один раз сервіс басейну був прям посередині нашого відпочинку. Якась людина просто відкрила двері і почала чистити басейн. Ніхто нас про це не повідомляв. Це було дивно. - поруч з помешканням живуть дуже шумні люди. Власники приміщення ніяк не стали реагувати, коли був конфлікт з сусідами. Сусіди Включають музику о 12 p.m. прийшлось йти і з ними розмовляти про це, вони не знають англійську - сусіди тримають собаку без цілодобового доступу до питної води у дуже жахливій ситуації. І це на жарі у 35 градусів. Я писав у поліцію , сказав про це власнику приміщення і прошу всіх , хто буде тут відпочивати це робити, щоб цю добру собаку у них забрали. - хозяін приміщення повідомив нам щоб ми вивозили сміття у місто кожного дня, хоча є розклад забору сміття від будинку - власники приміщення не дуже добре розмовляють англійською - є попередня реєстрація яка триває близько 15 хвилин ще вдома. -

10.0Alles war super. Problemlose und vorzeitige Schlüsselübergabe. Die Sauberkeit und Ausstattung im Haus sind vorbildlich. Der Pool mit dem Aussenbereich sind ein Highlight. Noch genialer die Lage unterhalb des Castell de Capdepera. Der Ausblick vom Balkon und die riesige Dachterrasse sind sensationell. Großes Lob an Mercedes und Udo vor Ort für die Betreuung.
