Fabulous beach house on the Great Ocean Road
9.0Fabulous location just steps from the beach. The Great Ocean Road passes in front of the property but it was very quiet & almost no traffic while we were there. Just the soothing & restorative sound of the waves. Would definitely come back! Mary was a wonderful, warm, & accommodating host!
− Our only suggestion … for those of us who are coming from far away ( in our case Canada), it would be great if there were a few more things like beach towels, a beach umbrella , & perhaps boogie boards. Then it would be a 10/10

10.0We had a wonderful stay at Surf Shack! The house was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable getaway. The sea views were absolutely lovely, adding to the overall relaxing atmosphere. The space felt incredibly cosy, making it the perfect home base to unwind and enjoy the surroundings.

10.0Perfect location for a quiet relaxing weekend , everything was supplied , great kitchen facilities , very comfortable beds, beautiful outlook to the ocean from bedrooms and main living area. Just off the main road but very quiet from traffic . Woodfire was such a treat too, house was really warm. Great beach walks during the day exploring rock pools and the beach is lovely for swimming too.
− Nothing , would only suggest adding a mirror in the bedrooms .
