Lovely little cottage in a great location
9.0Lovely little cottage, was well equipped and had everything we needed for a short stay. We were in Beaminster for a wedding at Mapperton House so the location of the cottage was perfect for that as 5mins drive away. For that reason we did not spend much time in the accommodation other than for sleeping and breakfast. Speaking of we were able to make a lovely cooked breakfast when we realised there were utensils and pots and pans available in the kitchen, so went over to co op a couple of mins walk away for all the ingredients. Was also lovely to be supplied with some milk, there were also teabags and sugar etc and some other nice welcome gifts. It was much appreciated.
− There wasn't really anything we thought was missing. My only complaint was that most of the pillows were on the hard side is all. Maybe a couple of softer ones to go with them would have been nice, so to have a choice
