Beautiful home in great location.
6.0The home was beautiful, well appointed and in a great location
− The cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The shower drains were full of old hair and soap scum The couches grubby and filled with dirt which I vacuumed then had to empty and clean the vacuum. The drier was jammed with fluff and only one tea towel provided. Bedside lamps were scarce and had no bulbs. The rooms need aircon as it was so hot and the fans inefficient. Mosquitoes came in if windows opened.
Don’t waste your money, stay somewhere else
2.0The property was modern with a big kitchen
− Property was very dirty. Not all the beds had bedding available. There was nowhere to find the Wi-Fi password and when we rang the helpline they didn’t know what the password was. We stayed two nights and asked for sheets to be delivered which didn’t turn up after assurances they would be delivered. The garage area and a whole lot of old furniture in it and the laundry facilities were filthy with someone’s dirty clothes still there. Bins were full on arrival and there was outdated and spoiled food in the cupboards along with old shavers and discarded bathroom products in the bathrooms. Some of the bedding also had blood stains on them.
Generally it was very good other than the odd little issue.

− It wasn’t the cleanest, we had an ant issue in the bathroom and the towels were a little musty. The check in codes for the gate and house aren’t clear and are confusing.
