3.0− The beds all of them need changing horrible mattresses. Probably best to have double beds rather than 4ft.

8.0The layout is a bit random but it turned our quite perfect for what we needed. Met the neighbours and they was lovely, very welcoming. House well immaculate when we arrived and for the price I think it was a steal. Loved that every room had an ensuite
− The area wasnt the best but had no issues and parking isnt ideal, had to park on another street. Again for the price you cant grumble

− Just the location. Considering the house & what it looked like inside, The outside & street looked like we we’re on the set of the new series of Shameless being filmed.
Acceptable house, good decor, toilets in all bedrooms, steep stairs and not very spacious.
7.0− Dusty, needs renewing mattresses, sheets. Acceptable comfortable house. Location is ok, odd area but neighbours friendly. Just a ok house to sleep in.
