2.0Position Mattress was good Kitchen facilities fine
− Appartment very Hot 24/7 to dangerous stuffy & old smelling air. 3 old fans noicy & ONLY working partialy. 2nd room super small, window only opens less than 1/3 & 1 power point behind 1 bed with a power board under the bed with DUST galore! Terribly unhygienic Lounge stained & hitching meaning needs STEEMING at least & dusting the wood frame The stairs up to front door MUST have a rail on the right side.Those stairs are an AZZARD when you are curring a suit case up

1.0− The smell of mould, the old bathroom, kitchen just about everything. I would not eat in this house. Sorry I am not a fussy person but? Leanne
Excellent value as we had a family stay.
7.0The view of gumtrees was unrivalled. We had a full moon, so looking out from the bed and dining room it was a good view
− Needing a good spring clean. Overall clean.
