Spacious and cosy house with outdoor area, everything spotless clean and comfortable. It's very convenient situated to explore Fife with it's beautiful castles and pitoresque villages. We also appreciated the nice welcome basket.

There was absolutely nothing to complain about.

Vielen Dank! Die Einrichtung ist sehr schön anzusehen. Check in ging reibungslos.

Nice but the hosts need to make a few adjustments to make it wonderful

Nice house with a lovely feel in a wee town. Parking at the front and rear. The house was always nice and warm. With a wonderful welcome basket. However I am GF and non dairy although I didn’t tell the host this. A lot of the products were waisted on me. The kelpies, sterling castle are not a far drive. The locals are friendly with some shops and co op in town.

The beds are uncomfortable and the mattress and bedding need replacing. The cleaner needs to be a bit more thorough. The cupboards and draws were sticky. It would be nice to have some cleaning products left for my two week stay so I could freshen up the bathroom sink and kitchen. The batteries in the remote controls need replacing and as does the lighter for the gas’s cooker… I bought matches which I didn’t mind. Don’t put the heater on in the living room as the heating in the rest of the house will go off as this is where the thermostat is located

Great location - clean and tidy

10.0

Excellent stay. Good communication from Catherine to get into the accommodation, clean and tidy, Ample kitchen utilities, washing machine and dryer. Catherine and Peter also have a created a welcome book with local tourist attractions, contact information and restaurants. Great location to walk to the local pubs, locals were very hospitiable. Recommend the Railway Tavern, and meet Ronnie. Then wander down to as Auld Hoose to meet some locals. Recommend Ilarios for fish and chips! We used this location to do day trips to explore the country. Would also be a good central location to see Edinburgh and Glasgow.

Nothing
