6.0There is a small parking place around the corner. The kitchen has enough pots, dishes etc.
− The shower and the bath need some good cleaning (black mould). There were bread crumbs in the drawers and the kitchen cabinets. We had to look for toilet paper, and garbage can to take to the bathroom on the 1st floor, there was a soap in the WC on the main floor, but no towel... The furnishing is not very comfortable.

1.0Nice place but we had a bad experience with the host.
− When we arrived we found the place still dirty from previous guests. The beds were not made and all the surfaces were dirty. When we contacted the host she wasn’t expecting guests and therefore she hadn’t cleaned the apartment. Apparently our booking hadn’t come through due to technical issues at booking.coms end. Fine, these things can happen. The host apologised and said she’d clean everything asap. We left to give her space but when we came back we could tell she tried but the place was still dirty, there were still even stains in the toilet from the previous guests. When we notified her about this she apologised again and promised to refund us part of the payment. We did not ask for a refund, but appreciated the offer. However weeks later we haven’t received anything and she’s stopped replying to our texts. We thought she’d handled the situation well at first, trying to resolve the situation best she could, but this changed it. Don’t promise things you’re not going to do. Not very chique, especially not when you charge 140/night.
