A family weekend in Lyme
8.0Great location for beach and cobb, very nicely loaded out for nine people, plenty of space, loads of bath/shower rooms, shady courtyard and a terrace over looking the sea. Plenty of kit, games, tv's, radio, WiFi, etc
− Our visit coincided with very hot weather which meant the upstairs rooms were quite uncomfortable, even with the fans we brought with us. Absolutely not the fault of the property and many places in the UK would be the same but thought worth mentioning Noise from gulls and early morning deliveries made sleep difficult but again other properties in Lyme would be similar and only mentioning for awareness
Overall a very pleasant stay that was enjoyed by three generations

− Early morning deliveries to the restaurant around the property and the smell of hot fat coming out the vent that was faced towards the property from the restaurant next door

− WiFi wasn’t great. No specific information on how rubbish/ recycling should be separated. Sent 2 messages to confirm if there were towels at the property before we went, but had no response.
A wonderful location to share a spacious, well equipped property with friends.
8.0You couldn’t be in a better spot overlooking the Sandy beach at Lyme Regis.
− Should have brought earplugs to drown out the seagulls from 4am for those in the front of the property.
