Overall we enjoyed our stay at Beech cottage
8.0Good location, the property was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped. The hot tub was excellent. Adequate car parking nice garden.
− The garden would benefit with side gates to prevent the dog escaping onto the main road. The window in the rear bedroom and the main bathroom would not close so left open. There was no instructions for the Tv, we eventually got it working with the free view however, the picture quality was poor.

9.0Very quaint cottage which came out right on the bus route into Ambleside. Equally you could take a beautiful walk up over the hills to get into Ambleside too.
− Only recommendation is having logs in the cottage for use of the fire.
Great location and lovely cottage.
8.0Great location in the Lake District, close to Ambleside, Coniston and Windermere. Right next to a pub and a great coffee shop Hot tub great & cottage is good, beds & sofa comfy!
− Kitchen was lacking in utensils - some broken too.
