Remote location...lovely views. Very clean, beds comfortable.

− Although we appreciate it was a heatwave, there was no air flow throughout the cottage and no fan available to use. Items belonging to cottage stored in wardrobes. Couldn't sit outside as very hot and no umbrella,

A charming, fully-equipped cottage in a beautiful rural setting. The host was fantastic—super fast to communicate and very accommodating. They even provided milk and cake for our late arrival! A perfect stay with excellent hospitality. Note on the location: The location is wonderfully quiet but a bit remote. You need your own transport as the town isn't within walking distance

This is my second time visiting Tan Yr Ehlwys. As usual Helen was an attentive host and even popped some matches to me to light the fire 1 evening. This is a lovey cottage with amenities for all ages. Bed was very comfortable too. It is a beautiful setting, very quiet, and had it not rained constantly you would be able to get some wonderful walks in. I would recommend and will stay again.
