I was denied check-in, lost my money, and my holiday was ruined.
1.0Unfortunately, I was not able to stay at the property. After I arrived, I was told I could not enter because the cleaner was still there. I was denied access to the accommodation, so I cannot comment on the property itself.
− The host was not genuine and did not provide the accommodation I had booked. After travelling to the property, I was refused entry and was told the cleaner was there. My holiday was completely spoiled, and I lost both my time and money. I would not recommend booking this property because my experience was very disappointing.
Definitely not luxury as stated

− The caravan was dirty. A light didn't work in one of the rooms. My son found a tooth on his bedroom floor. There was empty sweet packets under the pull out bed. The WiFi didn't work. The TV cables were being held together by a plaster. Mat on outside deck was a trip hazard and filthy underneath. The cooker was filthy. Broken drawer in bedroom. We took the issues to the owner and got nothing but rude responses Definitely do not recommend booking this property. We only stayed for 1 night and paid £203. A very disappointing end to what had been an amazing holiday on the island
