Ok but needs an update for all the outside settings

Large spacious house. Good location close to east beach and a reasonable walk to town.

− Outside areas not clean enough. Outside chairs, tables and bbq were not usable.

Great house and location had everything we needed .

Extremely comfortable! Great beds and couches, lots of space, and every little amenity we needed including extras (even a hair straightener!). Kitchen and laundry were very well-equipped and there was wifi and smart TVs so we could sign into Netflix etc. Kids had their own separate living area with heaps of board games and books. Easy walk to the beach and to town. There was a small maintenance issue at one point and the host was very responsive. Heating was also very good incl some electric blankets so it was super cosy. Great stay overall - would definitely recommend for families.

The location was spot-on; and easy walk to the docks, town, the beach, etc. Plenty of plates, glasses, utensils, etc; washing machine and drier worked well - they even provided washing powder and dishwasher tablets (really liked having the dishwasher as I don't really trust previous occupants to wash and dry dishes by hand properly...). Nice big shower on the first floor. We were only two people in a house with three bedrooms (2x queen and 4x bunk beds), but even if the house were 'full', you probably wouldn't feel 'crammed in'. Would go back again with extended family.

− Check-in and check-out emails were long, verbose and 'authoritarian' (the agents should try reading their emails on a mobile phone... doesn't happen!), No internet access. Didn't want to even touch the crappy bbq on the back deck, but perhaps that's why it was in such poor condition.
